Love the colors your picked! My daughter and I have been making these cookies since I read your Christmas post. You are right - they are super easy! The trick is getting the texture of the royal icing right. I bought a bunch of plastic bottles to make it easier to do rather than using my cake decorating supplies...I just bought some new butterfly cookie cutters!
